I especially cannot stomach those types who then say they are Christians...followers of Jesus. Makes no sense that someone who follows the Man of the Cross -- who humbled Himself even to the point of death on Calvary -- would be so full of himself that he thinks his behavior is an acceptable form of Christianity. God forbid!
As a child of God Almighty, I am called to serve. Service and bullying don't mix well. Never have, never will.
And if you are puffed up, arrogant, full of self, self-sufficient, then check your real love.
I, for one, stand up for the bullied. Let someone try to bully another in my presence and they will deal with me...a Child of God and an Ambassador of Christ. I have rank, position, authority...and, mostly, I have faith in the One who calls me by my name. I do not fear a person who is so little that they bully others for a sense of satisfaction.
Sick. The person needs Christ. The person needs help.
I have bullied others in my past...God rescued me from my life of sin and death. He forgave me. Amen! I now will serve Him as that child who stands up for others.
I am called to such.
