On a positive note, I walked again this evening. 3/4 mile in 15 minutes. More than anything, I'm pleased that I "moved" three days in a row. Slow and steady...that's my motto now.
I'm going to focus on drinking more water tomorrow. More water and less coffee. And I'm going to take it easier ~ laugh more, that sort of thing.
It took quite a bit of time for me to get this heavy, and it will take time and patience to lose the weight. And instead of "arriving" at a weight goal, I want to learn how to think thin. Know what I mean?
Anybody out there? I'd like to hear from you.
